CT State Law now requires us to collect 15% occupancy tax on each rental.

All rental are charged a one time cleaning fee of $125

We gladly except MC, VISA and AMEX

A valid credit card is needed for security deposit

Rental charges are due at the time of reservation

Reservations for the following year require a $500 deposit to hold the date

Multiple week discounts are available for certain times of year. Call our office for details and rates

We only rent full weeks Sat-Sat in June, July and Aug We offer shorted stays in spring and fall
